Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse my catalogue and click on any item to see more details – then click on “Add to Fly Box” if you wish to buy – to add each selection to your “Fly Box” (shopping cart).  After you have finished making your selections, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that I need to be able to satisfy the order.

Modifications / Alterations

If you require flies that either do not yet appear in my shop or require a modification to an existing pattern, please either call me or email me with your requirements:  info@spidersplus.co.uk

Methods of Payment

*   You can settle by credit card / debit card payments via a secure internet link using Paypal
     – YOU DO NOT NEED AN ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL.  Credit / Debit card details are
     only viewed by Paypal therefore ensuring that your details are safe and secure.

* Alternatively, you can place your order over the telephone and advise me of your card details. Your card details are destroyed once your order has been placed - Spiders Plus do not store customers financial details.

*  If you would rather settle with a Personal Cheque (UK currency only), simply fill out the
   “Order Form” page and follow the guide notes at the bottom of the page – then print out
    the page and mail to me, together with your cheque made payable to Spiders Plus.

PLEASE ALSO EMAIL ME TO ADVISE THAT YOUR ORDER FORM AND PAYMENT WILL FOLLOW YOUR ORDER.

* For overseas orders, International Money Orders in Sterling are also accepted. Also, a Bank IBAN number is available on request.

Shipping And Handling

All purchases are “tied to order” and I aim to despatch your items within 21 days of the order being placed and your payment being received by me. All orders are shipped via the Royal Mail. x

Postage Costs

A single charge of £2.50p will be added by the system for all purchases. (See the postage page for more details)

Returns / Cancellation of order

I aim to guarantee your satisfaction. All flies come with a 21 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not completely happy with the items ordered, you may return them, (Flies UNFISHED!) AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING and I will refund your payment in full.

Credit Card Security

For online transactions, all credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site. For payments made by telephone, all card details will be destroyed once the payment has been confirmed.

Privacy Policy

Spiders Plus do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your Fly Box once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses and to store your details with regards to the password facility on the order form.
